After cleansing skin, apply 4 pumps to face and neck. Use once each morning. Day Cream may be applied throughout the day and to other body areas as a moisturizer.
How to Use
EHT® Brain Formula
EHT should be taken once a day, with food, in the morning. EHT works best when taken with foods that contain healthy fats such as nuts, avocado or yogurt.

(Ginkgoaceae) 50:1 leaf extract (5g dried equivalents, standardized to 24% flavonoid glycosides and 6% terpene lactones), 40 mg DL-alpha-lipoic acid, 16 mg magnesium (magnesium citrate), 1.6 mg vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl), 70 mcg selenium (as selenomethionine), 25 mcg vitamin D (as cholecalciferol), 10 mcg vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin).
